Members App — Loyalty on the Go

Your members now have a branded app for their loyalty experience. Members can log in to view their points balance, full purchase history, and active rewards — all in one place. They can redeem coupons directly from the app at checkout, and their tier status and profile update in real time as they shop across your channels.

Push notifications keep members in the loop. Your store can send product updates, new reward announcements, and tier change alerts straight to members' devices. Notifications are delivered through the app and tracked in your Communications dashboard, so you can see who received and opened each message.

Members can now also log in using their phone number with a one-time SMS code — no password needed. Phone numbers can be verified and updated from within the app. You can configure the login methods, messaging, and branding of the app separately for each store to match your customer experience.

Earn Online, Redeem In-Store — Magento Omnichannel Loyalty

Your loyalty program now works across Shopify and Magento as one. A customer who earns points shopping on your Shopify store can walk into your physical store and redeem a reward at your Magento POS — and vice versa. Points, tiers, and reward eligibility are shared across both channels automatically, with no manual sync required.

Reward coupons issued through Magento now use exact codes. When a member redeems a reward in your Magento store, the coupon code generated matches the exact code in your Magento catalogue. This eliminates mismatches at the point of sale and ensures the discount applies correctly every time — whether the member is online or in-store.

Each sales channel can now be configured with its own customer matching and coupon sync rules, giving you control over how members are identified across Shopify and Magento. Redemption eligibility is checked independently per channel, and the integration detail view now shows a full audit log of each channel’s sync and activation activity.

Referral Programs, Reports & Member Profiles

Referral programs with social sharing. You can now create referral campaigns that reward customers for bringing in new members. Each campaign supports custom reward rules, branded invite emails your customers can preview before sending, and social sharing links. Referral activity and earned points are tracked automatically against each member.

Loyalty reports. A new Reports section gives you visibility into how your program is performing. You can see tier movements over time, attribute points to specific orders, and review customer-level loyalty history — making it easier to spot trends and understand what's driving engagement.

Member profiles now include a full points ledger and the ability to make manual point adjustments directly from the profile view. This release also brings improved reward redemption reliability, expanded Shopify webhook controls, and a new version of the earn rules API for widget integrations.
