Refund Policy

Karts (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a product and service operated by Konekt Holdings (Private Limited). This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for subscriptions and services purchased through Karts.

1. Overview

Karts is a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified).

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in the event of verified billing errors, as described below.

a) Billing errors (fully refundable)

If you were incorrectly charged due to a billing error (for example, a duplicate charge or incorrect amount), you may request a refund. If the billing error is validated, the incorrect charge will be refunded in full.

Billing issues must be reported within 14 days of the charge date.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are non-refundable:

a) Subscription renewals

Subscription renewal payments are non-refundable once processed. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription prior to the renewal date if you do not wish to continue the service.

b) Implementation / setup fees

Any fees charged for implementation, onboarding, configuration, customization, integrations, professional services, or setup work are non-refundable once the service has commenced or been delivered.

c) Partial billing periods

We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. If you cancel during an active billing cycle, your access will remain available until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged again unless you renew.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings (if available) or by contacting our support team. Cancellation prevents future billing, but does not result in a refund for the current billing cycle.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved due to a verified billing error:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days.

6. Abuse Prevention

Karts reserves the right to deny refund requests, suspend accounts, or restrict access in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or repeated refund claims that violate this policy.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the updated effective date.
