They can redeem coupons directly from the app at checkout, and their tier status and profile update in real time as they shop across your channels.
Push notifications keep members in the loop. Your store can send product updates, new reward announcements, and tier change alerts straight to members' devices. Notifications are delivered through the app and tracked in your Communications dashboard, so you can see who received and opened each message.
Members can now also log in using their phone number with a one-time SMS code — no password needed. Phone numbers can be verified and updated from within the app. You can configure the login methods, messaging, and branding of the app separately for each store to match your customer experience.
